TradeOverseas.ca is a global e-commerce platform connecting quality suppliers from India to consumers in North America and Europe. We handle pricing, marketing, and shipping—so you can focus on what you do best: manufacturing and supplying great products.

Supplier Onboarding Requirements

1. Supplier Application: All prospective suppliers must submit a formal onboarding request via our supplier application form. Applications must include business registration documents, GST details, product catalog, and packaging samples.

2. Verification Process: Our India-based verification agency will conduct a business compliance audit, including checks on manufacturing capabilities, product quality, packaging standards, and timely fulfillment history.

3. Product Listing: Once approved, your product catalog will be uploaded to TradeOverseas.ca. We reserve the right to optimize product content, pricing, and presentation for international markets. Your products may be shared with multiple B2B buyers and retailers across North America and Europe.

Fulfillment & Packaging Guidelines

- Delivery Location: Suppliers must deliver products to our designated India-based warehouse on or before the agreed-upon timeline.

- Packaging Standards: All items must be securely and professionally packed to meet international shipping requirements.

- Labeling: All boxes must be clearly labeled with SKU codes, quantity, and fragile indicators (if applicable).

Payment Terms

- 50% Payment: Released upon successful receipt and inspection of goods at our India warehouse.

- Remaining 50%: Paid after 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Returns: If any product is returned due to damage, quality issues, or customer dissatisfaction, the supplier is fully responsible for the cost of return and replacement. Refunds or penalties may apply in case of repeated quality or fulfillment issues.

Prohibited Practices

- Misrepresentation of product quality, quantity, or material.

- Delays in product dispatch beyond agreed timelines.

- Use of poor or unsafe packaging material.

- Unauthorized labeling or branding.

Ongoing Responsibilities

- Maintain a consistent supply of approved products.

- Notify TradeOverseas.ca immediately if production is delayed or a product becomes unavailable.

- Collaborate with our team for new product launches and marketing initiatives.

Termination Clause

TradeOverseas.ca reserves the right to terminate the supplier agreement at any point if:

- The supplier fails three consecutive quality checks.

- Delivery deadlines are missed without prior notice.

- Any fraudulent or unethical activity is reported.

Giving Back
